PENNY HOWARD

Penny Howard, CDKL5 Navigator of Hope4Harper, manages acquisitions for Zane. She is a partner in 500+ apartment units, as well as in multiple real estate joint ventures in the North Texas area.

Prior to real estate, Penny was the Director of Operations of a privately held environmental firm where she oversaw daily operations of sales, finance and regulatory compliance. During her tenure in the firm she increased revenues over 500% and implemented strategies to break into new untapped markets. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Management and an M.B.A. from Texas State University.

Penny is the founder and President of the non-profit organization Hope4Harper which focuses on awareness and fundraising for research related to the rare disorder CDKL5. She started the organization to help her youngest daughter Harper who was affected by the genetic disorder CDKL5, and is the CDKL5 Navigator for the organization.

DUSTIN HOWARD

Dustin Howard manages financial relations and asset management for Zane. As a partner in commercial assets worth over $50M, Dustin is focused on underwriting, due diligence, construction, and property management for Zane projects. In addition, Dustin has also executed multiple residential home renovation projects in the North Texas area.

Apart from his background in real estate construction and residential assets, Dustin brings C-level business and financial management experience to Zane. He has served as Director of Finance for the over 11 years in a privately held Radio Company. Dustin holds a B.A. degree from the University of North Texas

Dustin is an angel investor in startup businesses and also sits on the board of the non-profit organization Hope4Harper.

NIKKI HOWE

Nikki is a seasoned Recruiter with over 15 years of professional talent acquisition experience within the Staffing, Retail, Technical, Financial and Insurance industries. She successfully managed staffing processes for multiple territories exhibiting proven expertise recruiting for Client Service Operations, Finance, IT and Outside Sales.

She is always looking for Top Performers who want to grow with her commercial client insurance operations and can demonstrate strong Customer Service and Account Management skills!
