Harper’s Brain Research at the University of Pennsylvania

Support Dr. Jensen’s research on CDKL5 using Harper’s brain donation.

Dr. Frances Jensen currently is a Professor of Neurology and is Chair of the Department of Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on mechanisms of injury in the developing brain, with specific emphasis on age specific therapies for clinical trials development.

She has received a multitude of awards, served on a number of leadership boards and councils, authored over 100 manuscripts, and was the 2012 President of the American Epilepsy Society.  She was the diagnosing doctor for Harper’s CDKL5 Disorder and the reason Hope4Harper exists as a non-profit.  Dr. Jensen saw me as more than just a mom. Read about Harper’s visit to Dr. Jensen’s lab in 2013.
