As I mentioned in my last post we decided to go for the “Gold” and add the “gold” industrial hemp oil to Harper’s current supplements which include “black” industrial hemp. To recap:
Week One (adding high amount of “Gold”) = 22 seizures Week Two (2 days of gold) = 16 seizuresI ran out of “Gold” on Wednesday January 8th. The day she stopped taking the “Gold” she had 5 seizures. 🙁 Bummer! Even running out half way through the week we have an improvement in seizure activity.
My order of “Gold” came in on Monday January 13th! That day we discovered Harper’s Big Sister, Lily, tested positive for Flu type A 🙁 OH NO!! Harper luckily tested negative but was put on Tamiflu as a precaution. We were advised that the addition of Tamiflu could interact with her current AED (anti-epileptic drug) Depakote and cause seizures to be worse for the 10 day duration.
With that in mind we still had improvement with the addition of “Gold” Industrial Hemp Oil to Harper’s supplements. Harper had 17 seizures last week.
How much better would she have done without the battle of Tamiflu in her system?
I guess we’ll find out in the next few weeks! Harper’s current Hemp RSHO (real scientific hemp oil) supplements are “Gold” in the morning and midday and “Black” at night.
